Sébastien Aubert practices business and technology law. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and corporate law, drafting and negotiating ICT agreements and data protection law.

Prior to joining id est avocats, Sébastien worked in two of the leading business law firms in Switzerland and in-house as a privacy and commercial legal counsel for an international software company.

Sébastien holds a Master’s degree in law, a Certificate in Transnational Law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in the Legal Professions from the University of Geneva, where he worked as a graduate assistant at the Digital Law Center following his studies. He is CIPP/E certified.

Sébastien works in English and French. He is registered as a lawyer in the Canton of Vaud and admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
