Marina Castelli-Joos is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate law.

She provides counsel to a wide range of clients, including start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational companies, and major venture capital funds. Her expertise includes advising clients on Swiss and cross-border corporate matters such as M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital, debt financing, exit transactions, and commercial contracts.
