Privacy

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Language preference: your choice of English or French is stored locally in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is never sent to us.
• Hosting and security: the Website is hosted on a global content delivery network that may set strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver pages reliably and protect the site against bots and abuse. These do not identify you and are not used for marketing.
• Visitor statistics: our hosting provider counts visits, pages viewed, referring site, approximate country and device type, without cookies or any storage in your browser; a random visit identifier is discarded when the visit ends. Lovable processes this on our behalf and may derive anonymous aggregate statistics from it.
• Resources library and contact form: listings, documents and contact messages are served and stored by our backend provider (Supabase), which necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address to deliver them. No cookie is set for visitors.
• Lab tools: the interactive tools of id est Lab are loaded from GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc. (Microsoft group, United States), which processes ordinary connection data such as your IP address when the tools load. No cookie is set for visitors.

These technologies are strictly necessary or purely functional. You can delete them at any time through your browser settings.
