Before joining id avocats in October 2023 as a junior associate, Marie Krähenbühl obtained a Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Geneva. She then completed a bilingual Master of Law degree with a specialization in tax and business law at the University of Neuchâtel. During her Master’s degree, she went on a Swiss mobility exchange at the University of St-Gallen where she studied international economic law. Interested in exploring white collar crime, she wrote her Master’s thesis on the criminal liability of corporate employees under Swiss criminal administrative law.
Alongside her studies, Marie Krähenbühl had the opportunity to work in several law firms and for the University of St. Gallen as a research assistant in the field of new technologies regulation.
She practices in French, English and German.
