Numa-Nils Ruokanen practices mainly in commercial and corporate law. He also has solid experience in litigation. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in law, with a bilingual designation, from the University of Fribourg and completed two exchange semesters at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.

Before joining id est avocats, Numa-Nils worked as a court clerk in Fribourg (CH) and then as a legal trainee in the Economic Crime Division of the Swiss Federal Prosecutor’s Office. He later completed his attorney traineeship at a law firm in Lausanne.

He is registered with the Bar of the Canton of Vaud and is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts. Numa-Nils works in French, English, and German
