Elizaveta Senggen

Elizaveta Senggen focuses on technology, data and digital law.

Before joining id est avocats, she gained experience in private practice in Russia and in Vaud, and in-house within an audiovisual production company. Her work has covered commercial and corporate matters, administrative law and intellectual property. She also advised a public institution in Fribourg as legal counsel and ad hoc DPO, including by delivering training to management teams on the use of data in cloud environments.

Elizaveta holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Swiss law (University of Fribourg), with a focus on European law. She also earned a Licence in Russian law and a Diploma in Professional Legal Translation and Interpreting from Moscow State Law University, with a focus on private international law. She is a co-author of the Russian compendium Standard Contracts for the Use of Copyright and Related Rights.

She is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts and works in French, English and Russian.
