Kilian Baumgartner practices mainly in the fields of employment law and data protection. He advises private and institutional clients and assists them before cantonal and federal courts or administrative authorities.

Kilian was admitted to the bar in 2018, after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s degree in Economic Law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in the Legal Professions. Before joining id est avocats, he worked for several years in law firms in Geneva. Alongside his practice at the bar, he also worked for 4 years as an auxiliary law clerk at the Geneva Labour Court. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Data Protection with a focus on companies and public authorities.

Kilian works in French and English. He is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
