Moritz Stuker is active in the firm’s various fields of activity with a particular affinity for advanced technologies.
Moritz Stuker studied at the University of Freiburg and the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg before obtaining a Master of Laws, bilingual (French / German) and magna cum laude, in 2014. He then deepened his knowledge of economic criminal law in the Economic Crime Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland before joining the liquidator of a private bank as a lawyer for several years. Before joining id est avocats, he completed his legal traineeship in the Lausanne branch of a major Swiss law firm.
In parallel to his studies, Moritz Stuker has acquired a solid experience in computer and website development, an activity he practiced both privately and professionally for some fifteen years.
Moritz Stuker works in English, Swiss-German and French. He is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland and is a member of the Ordre des Avocats Vaudois (OAV) and the Jeune Barreau Vaudois (JBVD). He is also a member of the Executive Board of the Swiss LegalTech Association (SLTA) and co-director of its Lausanne section.
