Léo Schönenberger practices mainly in the field of commercial law and corporate law, putting his practical experience with the Commercial Registry to the benefit of corporate clients. He is also active in the field of advanced technologies & innovation.
Léo Schönenberger graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Bachelor of Laws in 2014, followed by a Master in Law & Economics, awarded jointly by the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Law, Criminal Justice and Public Administration of the University of Lausanne in 2016.
Interested in the legal issues arising in connection with new technologies, Léo Schönenberger dedicated his master thesis to the theme of crowdfunding under Swiss law.
As a university student, he was very involved in the student community life, joining the association of Lausanne Law Students, first as treasurer, then as chairman between 2015 and 2016.
He worked for two years at the Cantonal Office of the Commercial Register of the Canton of Vaud within the expert legal team, where he practiced mainly on corporate law as well as M&A matters.
