Lê-Binh Hoang practices primarily in the fields of intellectual property, privacy and cyber-security, assisting our clients in complex contractual negotiations and disputes in front of the administration or local courts. He also regularly assists clients in media and telecom matters, as well as in unfair practices cases, having developed a solid expertise in that field after working for the Competition Commission Office in Berne. He also advises clients in entertainment and sponsoring matters.
Lê-Binh Hoang studied at the University of Geneva where he obtained a Master in law in 2005. He also graduated from the Duke University School of Law where he obtained an LL.M. in 2006. He practices within several law firms in Geneva and Lausanne prior to joining id est avocats.
Lê-Binh Hoang speaks and practices in French, English and German. He is admitted to practice in front of all Swiss courts and is a member of the Vaud Bar Association (OAV).
